Add A Photo to the Map

 

1. Upload a photo to Flickr
- Set the photo's privacy to Public

You'll need to user your own Flickr account.
- If you don't have one you can setup one for free. here
- Use Flickr's Help section to learn how to upload a photo

2. Add a Description
- Once you've uploaded your photo "Add a Description"

3. Add the photo to your map.
- Click the photo in "Your Photostream"
- In the righthand column click "Add to your map"
- Place the marker location where you took your picture.

4. Join the "Catskill Flies" group
- Select the "Groups" tab in the top menu
- Click "Search for a Group"
- Search for "Catskill Flies"
- Click "Catskill Flies" from the list
- Click "Join this Group"

5. Go to the Group Page
- Click "Catskill Flies" from the list of "Groups you Belong To"

6. Add Your Photo
- Click "Add Something?"
- Select the photo you want to add from your Photostream (you can add more than one photo)

And You're Done!

Your photo will need to be approved by one of our moderators. Once it's approved it will be shown on our map! We will review photos as soon as possible but it doesn't happen immediately. It may take up to 48 hrs. for a photo to be shown on the map.
